Your home's HVAC system ensures your comfort throughout every season. Therefore, inspecting the a/c condenser, furnaces, as well as accessible ductwork is an imperative part of the home inspection. 

There's nothing worse than an unexpectedly high-water bill, backup, or worse yet a leak/flood. We will inspect the main water supplies, shut-off valves, toilets, sinks, showers, baths, waste and also help you identify the type of material and system used.

The foundation serves as the support system to your home. Although it's normal to have slight movement or, shifting after the home is constructed, we will identify abnormal movement, cracking, bowing, moisture intrusion, and adequate framing/support.
